Two young men. One was a chef. The other was a filmmaker. One spent his nights in a kitchen, working with fire, timing and taste. The other spent his days behind a camera, chasing light and waiting for the moment someone forgot they were being filmed. Different trades, the same instinct. Both were chasing the second a room goes quiet because something real is happening.

They kept ending up at the same table, long after the plates were cleared, talking about the stories they wanted to tell and the kind of experiences they wanted people to walk away with. Somewhere in those conversations they worked out that a good plate and a good scene are built the same way. You need patience. You need heat. And you need an eye for what matters.

So they stopped talking about it and started building. That is where Frames and Flames was born. The frame is the story: how it is shaped, shot and shared. The flame is the experience: the warmth, the hospitality, the feeling people carry home. We bring both into every project we take on.
